Yes! We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime during or after your trial.
Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time from your customer portal. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, you'll receive a credit for unused time.
We currently accept bank transfers for all payments. An invoice will be generated and sent to your email with payment instructions. Your subscription will be activated once payment is verified.
If you cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, we offer a full refund. After that, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial periods.
Your data security is our top priority. We use SSL encryption for all connections, daily automated backups with 30-day retention, and isolated database containers for each customer. Your data is never shared with other tenants.
